Who this applies to

Hermes is a personal automation assistant operated by a single individual for their own use. It has no other users and does not collect data from anyone other than its owner.

What data is accessed

When the owner connects their own Google account, Hermes may access Google Workspace data — such as calendar events, email, and files — strictly on behalf of that account holder, and only to perform tasks the owner has requested.

How data is handled

• Data is processed locally on the owner's own device.
• OAuth credentials are stored locally and are not transmitted to any third party.
• No data is sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties.
• No analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind is performed.
• No data is retained beyond what is needed to carry out a requested task.

Google user data

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

The owner may revoke this application's access at any time via Google Account permissions. Revoking access immediately invalidates all stored credentials.
